Three edelweiss flowers adorn the lid of this beautiful burled elm box with filetto and straight grain walnut border in matt finish. It plays "Edelweiss" but you may select a different tune when you add to cart.
The mechanism is visible, under a window when the cover is removed. (optional - cover has little tab to facilitate temporary lifting or complete removal) The music is activated as its lid is lifted. It sports a lovely beige lined interior and is certain to delight. It sits on small brass feet and measures: 6 1/4" x 4 1/4" x 2 1/2".
The interior compartment houses only the beautiful Orpheus Movement. Treated as the finest of mechanical music, there is no room for any trinkets - only the musical mechanism.
