Large Capodimonte Cobalt Blue Background

These musical carousels were handmade in Italy in a small town near Florence. Originally meant to be cigarette dispensers and later used at lipstick holders, these Capodimonte ceramics are activated with the push of a button on the side of the carousel. The doors open and close while the music plays.  

This Cherub and floral design on cobalt blue background measures 6 1/4" in diameter and stands 13 3/4" high.
