Vintage Cigarette dispenser and lighter set, in very nice Condition. Green Enamel, trimmed with Red and blue bouquets of flowers. Silver Finish base and interior. The larger piece Stands approximately 13.25" and its diameter measures approximately 7." It plays "Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head" as it opens and "A Time for Us" as it closes.
The lighter with dancing couple, plays "Lara's Theme" from Dr. Zhivago and measures 7.5" high and 4.25" wide. They both stand on the well known Reuge gargoyle feet.
These musical carousels were originally made in Italy in a small town near Florence. Currently we have only one set of this kind. it is well in cared for condition and good working order. The couple dance when the lighter is picked up.
