This musical teapot features a beautifully engraved floral design by Fred Zimbalist out of Columbus Ohio, Circa 1950s.
Its two tune, 28 note, Thorens (Swiss) Mechanism, plays "La Paloma" and "Barcarolle" from Tales of Hoffman and stands approximately 10.5" tall. Its music begins playing when it is picked up and stops when set down. It was previously owned but in great condition.
The matching caddy, also in lovely condition, plays "Lara's Theme" from Dr. Zhivago when its lid is lifted.
Tea Time will definitely include a conversation about this beautiful set.
Please Note: Should you only desire a teapot, we have another Teapot exact same shape but different engraving in a Lotus flower motif. Please call for price.
